Certificates will be mailed in place of actual item. Certificate may be redeemed for item at physical store location.

Winners that only have certificates with a combined total under $250.00 retail value will be charged $3.75 + $1.00 for each additional item. All items will then be mailed together by USPS. Winners that have a combined a retail value of $250 and over will be charged $7.00 + $1.00 for each additional item. All items will then be mailed together by UPS.

Please Note: Bidders who participate in Live Radio Auction from 6 A.M. - 9 A.M. will not receive a certificate in the mail from Neofill.
